Went in for a haircut at the Harleysville, PA store. Saw the larger, blonde haired lady in the second chair. Specifically asked for a fade, with a hard part, with a half inch off the top. I’m not sure if she doesn’t know what a part is, if she didn’t hear me or just didn’t care because she ended up shaving my whole head. I now have to wear a hat for the next several weeks because of this lady. The haircut was the worst that I ever got, and she was whining and complaining the whole time I was in the chair about how she had to be there and not with her “boyfriend”. Hands down the worst experience I ever had getting a haircut.

My husband took our son to get his hair cut before he starts H.S. they showed the women the picture of exactly what he wanted and talked about it all was fine fade was good until she chopped of 3 inches of curl he had been growing all summer to get the style he wanted. I just don’t get it. She even commented on the long curl right before she ruined it.

I was so glad that Danielle returned from her vacation because I was in dyer need of a haircut. Even though I looked a sight I refused to come in before Danielle returned from her vacation. She is so sweet and accommodating when it comes to getting your hair done. She takes great pride in her work and wants her customer’s to always be pleased with her work. She is certainly an asset to Great Clips. I just can’t rate her any higher than a 5 but if I could I certainly would. She is the best.

Great prices, stylists are awesome!, but what I loved the most was that I did NOT have to wear a mask! Beyond thrilled that they didn’t enforce that policy. I will definitely be back!

Friendly, professional service. Walk-ins welcome, what a relief!! Short wait. The stylist knew what I had done last time, and asked if I wanted the same. That was a nice change of pace.

I went in there looking to change the hair style/length I have had most of my life to the opposite extreme opposite style of 80% shaved & just a small amount of shorter hair on top. So even though I knew what I wanted, I was still a little nervous. After I told Aubrey what I wanted all the way down to the V’s shaved into the back, she made me feel totally comfortable! She did an AMAZING job! My hair looks way better than I was even expecting! She has gained a new client, hands down!

I went into Great Clips to have my hair TRIMMED! I would be attending my neices wedding later this month. Rebecca was too involved with her husband’s trip to Tampa with the boys to cut hair. She cut my hair 3″ shorter on 1 side! The Mgr recut and tried to blend the 3″ mess to no end. The Mrg tried, I’ll give her that but I won’t be going back.

Have been a customer here for quite a while now and I am generally happy with their service. Today when my son was getting a haircut I noticed a bunch of white hair on top of his. When I asked the hair stylist, she initially said she didn’t know what it was and when I pressed she said that no matter how they clean up everything some hair still sticks up!! As a healthcare professional, I find this justification unreasonable. Use alcohol and nothing sticks up!! I would like to request for Great Clips to re-evaluate their cleaning procedures. I am hoping my son doesn’t catch anything!!
